Registration of amended bylaws and election of the Chairman of the Board

Amended bylaws of AB Invalda were registered on 1 February, 2006. According to the new
bylaws the Board shall comprise 4 (four) members.
The Board Meeting of AB Invalda held on February 1, 2006, elected Alvydas Banys as
the Chairman of the Board.
