We seek to increase the value of these businesses not only by providing additional capital, management resources, or seeking other opportunities, but also by exploiting their potential for expansion.

We constantly strive to increase our investment portfolio. We are quick and flexible, so we do not shy away from complex transactions.

We do not have a strict minimum investment amount, but we aim for the majority of our investments to exceed EUR 3 million. In businesses where we are already active, we do not rule out smaller acquisitions.

Competitive businesses with the potential to expand successfully, either organically or through acquisitions, and which allow us to increase value in other ways. We are prepared to allocate additional capital or management resources for business development.

“Problem” assets and complex transactions – we help resolve shareholder conflicts and acquire leveraged businesses.

We have extensive experience working with managers on management buy-outs. We are therefore ready to cooperate in this area as well.
