In 1991 Invalda INVL was founded by a group of people with academic background to create value and contribute to the country’s economy.
We are pioneers in private equity management in the Baltic States.
We are listed on the stock exchange since 1995. Since the beginning of listing, we have paid out EUR 87.4 million (dividends and share buy-backs).
Our group manages alternative investment funds, other investments, and also provides family office services. The group’s companies manage or have under supervision more than EUR 2 billion of assets.
We also carry out direct and indirect investments into collective investment vehicles managed by INVL and have other historical investments.
