Regarding strategic alternatives evaluation of Invalda AB group's financial sector

Invalda AB seeks to increase the value of group’s financial sector and therefore hired SEB Enskilda UAB to evaluate strategic alternatives of financial sector. The evaluation of strategic alternatives may or may not lead to any proposal being made to Invalda AB. Further announcements on this matter will be made as appropriate.
